Montserrat
Monastery (length - 5 hours)
After
driving through picturesque little villages you will arrive at
the incomparable setting of the mountain of Montserrat, which
rises majestically to 1235 meters. At
a height of 725 metres has stood since 1025 the Montserrat
Monastery.
The Royal Basilica of the Monastery has been one of the most
important pilgrimage sites in Spain for hundreds of years. Numerous
miracles have supposedly happened at Montserrat, centred on the
icon of La Moreneta (Black Virgin), said to have been hidden
here by St Peter.
In the Basilica the children's' choir, which participates in
every day morning missa, interprets Gregorian songs
After that we can visit the museum of Monastery,
which features paintings by masters such as El Greco, Caravaggio
and Picasso
and go up the mount by funicular where you are amazed by
the splendid views. (length – 5 hours)

Dali’s
museum (length - 6 hours)
The
museum of Dali in Figueres is a surrealist showcase of the
artist's eccentric imagination, created by Dalí himself out of
the former town theatre where he hed his first exhibition. Inaugurated
in 1974, the Dalí Theatre-Museum is one of more visited
museums of Spain and contains the broadest range of works
spanning the artistic career of Salvador Dalí (1904-1989), from
his earliest artistic experiences and his creations within the
Surrealist movement down to the works of the last years of his
life.

Dali’s
triangle (Figueras-Pubol-Portlligat) (length - 10
hours)
The
earlier excursion finishes with a visit to the mediaeval castle
of Púbol – during the 1970s the residence of the painter's
wife and at the beginning of the 1980s his own. It has, since
1996, been the Gala Dalí Castle museum-house. And The Salvador
Dalí Museum-House in Portligat is an essential visiting
place to get to know the painter's universe, which Gala and Dalí
structured in the form of a labyrinth and decorated over the
course of forty years, from 1930 through to the 1970s.

Wine
and/or champagne cellars and Sitges (length - 6 hours)
Excursion
to visit the famous Codorníu
Cava (the local variety of champagne) cellars, located
outside Barcelona in Sant Sadurni D'Noia, the Penedés wine
region and/or visit to
Bodegas Torres, one the most famous wine cellars in Catalonia.
Learn all about the regions fabulous selections of wines as you
taste and buy some to take with you. Next we visit Sitges, a white
town overlooking a blue sea
- a perfect place to walk around a medieval
old
town and enjoy the large promenade around the beach.

Costa
Brava & Gran Palace Lloret (length - 8 hours)
Enjoy
a journey along the magnificent Costa Brava, renowned for its
magnificent beaches and small coves. Admire wonderful seascapes
as you pass through busy resort towns as well as quaint fishing
villages. Your guide will be able to recommend the best places
for you to stop like the medieval town
of Tossa de Mar, 56 miles (90km) north of Barcelona, it is the
most attractive town on the Costa Brava, offering lovely sandy
beaches and a lively atmosphere. Once the main port for
exporting cork, Tossa is now dependent on tourism. Visitors are
drawn to its 12th century walled town, Vila Vella, the ancient
walls, battlements and towers enclosing a quaint historical
labyrinth. After that we visit Gran Palace Lloret – where you
can see the best show of the Costa Brava with Spanish and
International ballet and a program of varieties.

Universal's
Mediterranea is an impresionant amusement park in Tarragona and
has the highest, fastest and most highly-looped rollercoaster in

Andorra
(length - 9 hours)
The
Principality of Andorra, bordered on one side by France and on
the other by Spain is a beautiful mountainous country worth
visiting for both its scenery and duty-free shopping. Andorra in
the winter months is a busy ski centre and in summer you can
visit the upper slopes and take in the magnificent views or come
across a secluded mountain lake.
